We currently only serve and fulfil orders within the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT.

Rapid Ship items are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. While Made-To-Order items require additional time for processing, and are shipped within two weeks.

Tracking information will be provided for each shipment, and a signature is always required at the point of delivery.

All orders are sent out Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with all duties and taxes paid upfront at the point of checkout. This way, there are no surprise charges for you at the point of delivery. You only make one payment upfront, covering all shipping, duties, taxes, and other such related costs.

All sales are final. No returns. No exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products (small batch, made-to-order and preloved), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
